Church of Joy is a mission-minded church that relates to the New Covenant Ministries International team. The leaders of Church of Joy desire to build a base church as described in Acts 19. A church where there can be a foundation of the Word of God that will allow for the Holy Spirit to move in miraculous power and the name of Jesus to be worshipped. A church where leaders can be trained and released to plant churches when God calls. As well as ministry teams sent out to strengthen and encourage other churches.

In summary a base church with an apostolic heart to see the Gospel of the Kingdom preached in all nations.

Church of Joy is strongly word based and embraces Reformed Theology. It is also a Pentecostal church that embraces all the charismatic gifts of the Spirit. Church of Joy believes that faith in God’s Word, and partnering with the Holy Spirit will help them become a base to help others to see their city blessed. To this end COJ is involved in marketplace and nation building projects.
